Four fast and furious weeks to go!

Folks,

The final four weeks of the term are flying by. How are you doing? Are you swirling with school and spring and all the insanity of the season? Or, are you the calm in the storm?

Take a moment, re-center, plant both feet, and check your plan. For most of you, the last day of instruction is three weeks from the following Monday, April 28. Commencement is the following Saturday, May 3. These are the final laps of the long race of the 2024/2025 academic year.

Take care of yourself, stick to your routine, put in the time, and finish strong.

Here are a few things to think about and attend to in the days ahead:

First - Financial Aid:

Financial aid may be available for summer classes. If you are eligible for the Federal Pell Grant, you may receive additional Pell funds for summer classes. Want to know more? Check-in with a financial aid advisor, or submit a notification of . The is available now. Make sure to apply before the May 1 deadline. Summer classes are a great way to keep up with or work ahead on your ºÚÁÏÉçappPerformance Scholarship or UA Scholars eligibility criteria.

Second, register for summer and fall classes!

We have some amazing online summer classes with too many benefits to count – just see your academic advisor and get.it.done. Also, register for fall classes! Priority registration opens Monday, April 7 (you know who you are) and general registration opens Monday, April 14!Ìý

Third, get some coaching!

Our Academic Coaches are available if you need guidance with time management, online learning strategies, school/life balance, individualized study plans, reading and note-taking strategies, organization, effective communication, quiz and exam prep, setting priorities and goals, self-care, and much more.

Lastly, wherever you are, get outside!

Get some fresh air, get some sun, and move your body. Enjoy the daylight - we are awash in daylight now with almost fourteen hours each day. It is going to be a bit snowy for a day or two but this weekend looks to be amazing! Take care of yourself and enjoy the coming spring. This year of your college education is nearly behind you – you are doing amazing!Ìý
