Free webinar covers the topic of cover crops

Soil scientist Caley Gasch, shown at the Matanuska Experiment Farm in August 2024, will discuss cover crops and their uses during a statewide webinar.

Learn about the different kinds of cover crops and their uses in a free webinar led by 黑料社app soils scientist Caley Gasch. 

Gasch, research assistant professor of soil science at the Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station in Palmer, will discuss how to get started growing cover crops, why and where to plant them and their risks and benefits.
