Political Science Department Support

Student Support

Scholarships, Fellowships and student awards have an incredible impact on our Nanook Nation! We believe that enhanced student aid, through restricted or unrestricted gifts, helps retain the most talented of students. With fewer financial concerns, these students can focus chiefly on their studies, thereby reaching their full potential.

Donating to the Gail Phillips Alaskan Leader Scholarship provides financial assistance for tuition and other related educational expenses to junior and senior Political Science majors at the şÚÁĎÉçapp.

“The method of political science is the interpretation of life; its instrument is insight, a nice understanding of subtle, unformulated conditions.”

-Woodrow Wilson, Howard Seavoy Leach (1925). “The Public Papers of Woodrow Wilson: College and state, educational, literary and political papers (1875-1913)”
